No one scores more spectacular goals than the LA Galaxy. And that's a fact.
Robbie Keane's landslide victory this week for his classy opening goal against Real Salt Lake last Saturday takes the Galaxy's tally of AT&T Goal of the Week honors to six on the year, one better than Western rivals Seattle. The Montreal Impact and Real Salt Lake have four on the year.
But no one could come lose to Keane's spectacular left-footed volley (47 percent of votes). The other four contenders split the votes fairly evenly with Vancouver's Barry Robson taking 15 percent of the remaining ballots.
Keane has a long way to go to catch up to David Beckham, however, who leads the LA Galaxy and all of MLS with four AT&T Goal of the Week awards in 2012. CLICK HERE for all of this year's winners.
