– The MLS Disciplinary Committee has announced the following carryover discipline for a player and coach from the 2018 MLS season:
The MLS Disciplinary Committee issued Houston Dynamo forward Ronaldo Peña an additional game suspension (two games total) and an additional undisclosed fine for his violent conduct during the 90+ minute of Houston’s Oct. 28 match against the LA Galaxy (

). Peña, who originally received a red card for the incident, will serve his suspension during his first two matches of the 2019 season.
The MLS Disciplinary Committee issued Minnesota United FC goalkeeper coach John Pascarella an additional three-game suspension (four games total) and an undisclosed fine for aggressive behavior toward an opponent and for entering the field of play during a mass confrontational incident against the Colorado Rapids on Oct. 13 (

). He served the first two games of his four-game suspension on Oct. 21 against the LA Galaxy on Oct. 28 against Columbus Crew SC. The remaining two games of his four-game suspension will be served during the first two matches of the 2019 season.
