Clint Dempsey just keeps on racking up awards.
After being named the MLS Player of the Week during each of the past two weeks, Dempsey added an AT&T Goal of the Week to his growing list of accomplishments on Friday. The US national team veteran won Week 6's honors with ease thanks to his picture-perfect free kick in the Seattle Sounders' 3-2 road win over FC Dallas, a strike that claimed almost 64 percent of the vote.
Dempsey went on to score another goal in that victory in his home state, netting the late winner that handed FC Dallas their first loss of the season. He now leads the league in goals scored with six on the season.
