Career Summary

A product of the CF Montréal Academy, Jonathan Sirois became the 18th Homegrown player to sign for the first team in 2020.

The St-Hubert native spent two seasons on loan at Valour FC in the Canadian Premier League in 2021 and 2022, where he won the Golden Glove award in 2021.

Sirois then jumped in as the starting goalkeeper in 2023. In his first season defending Montreal's net, he set a new Club record for most shutouts in a single season (11). In his first season, he became the first ever Homegrown player to win the CF Montréal Defensive Player of the Year award.

In 2024, Sirois played a second consecutive season of 30 or more MLS starts. He moved into 2nd place in Club history in shutouts, games played and minutes played, eclipsing Troy Perkins in all three categories.

On the international stage, Sirois received his first call-up to the Canadian national team in March 2024 as part of a 2024 Copa América qualifying match against Trinidad and Tobago.
