Casas Jr. joins the Fire’s first team after spending the past six seasons (2015-2020) with the Club’s Academy in Chicago, competing in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) league. Throughout his time in the Academy, Casas Jr. has made 65 appearances (64 starts), scoring ten goals in the midfield position. Casas Jr. participated in last year’s first-team training camp and has joined the first team in both Tampa and Los Angeles for the 2020 preseason.
With the U.S. Soccer Youth National Teams, Casas Jr. has been a consistent presence on the boys’ side. Most recently, Casas Jr. was part of the U.S. Boys’ U16 National Team that took home the Championship at the 2019 Nike Friendlies.
